Can you do custom generation of Research-Grade iPSCs and Differentiated cells? 

We have full customization options for method of reprogramming, number of desired clones, methods of passaging and cell pluripotency characterizations. We are also able to provide generation of human iPSCs derived pancreatic islet cells for your research project using your iPSC line of interest, with customization options including desired cell type, scale and depth of cell characterization.

 

Do you do custom generation of Research-Grade cell lines established from the clinical grade cell lines?

What methods do you use to make iPSCs 

The use of retroviruses, specifically Sendai virus, is used to generate iPSCs. 

 

What kind of QC testing is used to determine iPSCs?

iPSCs are determined by using Flow Cytometry to test for pluripotency markers such as Oct3/4, Sox2, Nanog. In addition GSIS (Glucose-Induced Insulin Secretion) are performed to determine the functional analysis of iPSCs. 

 

What kind of starting material can you accept for Clinical Grade Cell lines

We prefer working with Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells.
